  2. After your submission is approved, you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions.
  3. Once payment is received, your advertisement will be designed and then published on the Travel Victoria website.

BEFORE YOU START

To advertise your accommodation property, it must either:

  1. be located within one of the 200 towns, cities and suburbs that are currently featured on this website

  2. or it must be located in a small town (population less than 500) that is near one of those 200 places such that it would be appropriate to list your property under the larger location

DETAILS TO APPEAR IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT
PROPERTY TITLE *
The name that your property is to be advertised as. If your property doesn't have a name, please choose one, avoiding generic titles like "2 Bedroom Holiday House" or a specific street address like "56 Bayside Drive".
DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPHS *
If you don't want to specify them here, we can copy text from your website, other guides which you may advertise in, or from a brochure.

If you find it easier, you can also email us your descriptive paragraphs.

PROPERTY STYLE *
Tick all the styles of accommodation you offer on your property. 		Hotel, motel
Apartment, cabin, cottage, holiday house, townhouse, unit, villa
Bed & Breakfast, guest house
Backpacker hostel, bunkhouse, dormitory, group lodge
Caravan sites, camping sites
Houseboat
STAR RATING
Specify your official AAA Tourism star rating if you have one. It must be current and not a self-rated assessment.
ACCOMMODATION CHAIN
If your property belongs to any of these chains or groups, please select the relevant one.
PROPERTY FACILITIES
Tick which facilities you offer to guests. They must all be on-site. Note that in the case of multi-guest accommodation properties, specifying a facility means that all guests are permitted access to it or use of it, except for "disabled access" or "pets welcome" which can refer to just a specific part of your accommodation. MAXIMUM GUESTS *
Specify the maximum number of people that can sleep overnight at your property. If you offer multiple rooms or buildings on your property, this is the combined total.
ACCOMMODATION RATES *
Specify the minimum nightly accommodation rate. If you wish, you can also provide extra details such as rates for different types of rooms or for different times of year, or a broad range for your tariffs.
PROPERTY STREET ADDRESS *
This is the physical address of your property, which allows guests to find it. 		Victoria, Australia
TELEPHONE NUMBER(S) *
List as many numbers as you like, such as land line, mobile, toll free, etc.
FAX NUMBER
List you FAX number if you have one and wish potential guests to make use of it.
EMAIL ADDRESS
List your email address if you have one and wish to allow potential guests to email you.
HOW OFTEN EMAIL IS READ
If you wish to display an email address, specify how often email is checked and/or replied to. This is so guests have an idea of when they can expect a reply or if they should instead telephone for enquiries requiring a quick response. Some typical examples: "once a day at 9am", "continuously during business hours".
WEBSITE ADDRESS
List your accommodation property's website address if you have one and wish to display it within your advertisement. The website must show content relevant to your accommodation property.
PHOTOS *
Advertisements must contain at least one photo. Most advertisers tend to supply between 5 and 10, although there is no fixed limit. We can either copy photos from your website, you can email them to us, post us a CD with digital photos, or we can even scan original printed photos.
