1. A web page that contains as much of the following information as you like about your accommodation property:
   • Introductory paragraphs (length is unlimited, but within reason)
   • Photographs (quantity within reason - most advertisers supply between 4 and 10)
   • A Google Maps location map (if your property can be found using that service)
   • A graphical location map (you need to supply us with that)
   • Street directory references from popular guides to help guests locate you
   • Accommodation style classification
   • Accommodation chain membership logo (if applicable)
   • Official STAR rating (if applicable)
   • A list of selected guest facilities
   • Tariff range
   • Phone numbers (land line, toll free, mobile, etc) and FAX number, allowing potential guests to contact you directly and instantly
   • Your email address (if you have one) which allows people to either email you directly or use our supplied pop-up message window to send you their enquiry via email. Your published email address is spam protected by using an image to represent part of your email address. This image is clearly readable by humans but fools those automatic internet harvesters that scour web pages to build up large quantities of email addresses for the purposes of sending spam email.
   • A link to your web site (if you have one), allowing people to find out more about your accommodation
   • A direct on-line availability and/or booking link (if you have such a service activated on your web site or another site), allowing people to check availability and/or make a booking without contacting you personally

2. A tourist profile of the city, town or suburb your accommodation property is located in, featuring tourism information, attractions, tours, recreational activities, dining guides, facts and figures, links to other relevant web sites, transport information, weather forecasts and a selection of photographs from your area. This tourist profile is linked directly to your listing.

3. A temporary mention on our home page under the "new accommodation listings" section so visitors are aware of new additions to our guide.

4. Unlimited and free updates or changes to your advertisement at any time, which you send to us for processing whenever and as often as you need to.

5. Access to monthly web visitor statistics which show how your ad has been performing. The statistics show:
   • How many people have viewed your full-page advertisement and phone number(s)
   • How many people clicked the link to your own web site (if you have one)
   • The clicks through to your on-line booking/availability system (if you have one)
   • How many enquiry messages were sent to your email address (if you display one) using the message window available within your advertisement

   These statistics are updated monthly and accessed via the magnifying glass icon displayed on the right of the accommodation title. The magnifying glass looks like this:
