Advertisement creation:

Provide us with the details of the property you wish to advertise. You can either:

• Submit your property's details using our web submission page, or

• If you prefer to fill out a paper document then download our application form (PDF file) and either FAX or post us the completed form

What happens afterwards?

Once your application is received:

1. We will create a preview of your advertisement.

2. This preview together with an invoice covering 12 months of advertising will be sent to your nominated postal address.

3. Once you receive the preview and invoice in the post, let us know of any changes you'd like made to the advertisement before we publish it. Then you will need to organise payment of the invoice. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), cheque, money order, internet banking or direct bank deposit into our account.

4. Once payment is received, your advertisement will be activated so people can see it on the Travel Victoria web site.

Note: if you are an existing advertiser, you may be eligible to have your advertisement activated immediately after we create it (thus prior to payment), bypassing the steps above.

We encourage you to keep information displayed in your advertisement up to date. You should notify us of any changes as they occur and we will promptly attend to them.
