With ample space for up to 10 people, the double storey house provides contemporary spacious living with a large open plan ground floor including kitchen, dining and lounge plus a generous rumpus room upstairs. Kick back and relax - Lounge inside in front of the koonara fire when it's cool or enjoy airconditioned comfort when it's hot. There's a TV and DVD player and selection of movies to watch or CD/MP3 player for your entertainment. Outdoor living - Admire the birdlife while relaxing in a sun lounge on any of the 4 decks facing east, north, west and south. Cook up a snag on the 4 burner gas BBQ and then dine comfortably on the outdoor table and comfy chairs for 10. A hot and cold outdoor shower will refresh you after a dip in the surf while helping keep the sand at bay. Family life - Spacious rumpus room upstairs provides all weather space for children to play or a second living area. The house is well appointed with laundry and 2 ensuite bathrooms downstairs and a shared bathroom including bath and seperate shower upstairs. High chair, change table, portacot and childrens' play table also provided. Linen (sheets and towels) is also included for up to 6 people - extra linen is charged at $15 per person. Fine dining - Fully equipped, modern kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher. Dining table seats 8 people. Definitely no smoking inside please. No pets allowed inside or outside as the fences between adjoining properties are not fully enclosing. Location: It's only 10 minutes walk to several beaches - close enough to hear the distant crashing of waves on a still night. A short walk takes you to the beach, cafe or general store or stretch your legs a little further on a stroll to the landmark Aireys lighthouse. Or wind your way along the Aireys cliff top walking tracks and find secluded and spectacular ocean views from amongst the tea trees. There's an art gallery in town, a bakery, cafes, chemist, deli, general store and a couple of restaurants too. Just enough and without the traffic jams. For a supermarket, it's only a 20 minute drive to Lorne or 10 minutes to Anglesea. There's also an 18 hole public golf course at Anglesea where there's kangaroos roaming freely! Sleeping configuration: This property sleeps up to 10 in 4 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms downstairs each with their own ensuites and containing queen sized beds. Upstairs, one bedroom contains a single bed and a single bed bunk (room sleeps 3), the other room has a double bed with a single bunk above it. A portacot is also available for infants.
