Carrigg House is situated in the famous Ballarat East area, on the confluence of the Black Hill and Eureka Gold Leads.

Carrigg House was originally made up of three different buildings moved to the location at separate times, however with the ravages of time was no longer able to hold its head up high. The cottage has been rebuilt to now boast three bedrooms, a magnificent purpose built living/dining area with views from the rear deck across Ballarat East, towards Sovereign Hill and the famous site of the Eureka Rebellion.

The cottage is rated 4½ stars and offers large spa, 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size, one single), living, lounge and library area with undercover parking.
