Montrose Cottage was the first bluestone miners cottage built on the Ballarat Goldfields and is classified by the National Trust. Today it is a sumptuous private getaway where you can treat yourself to an indulgent escape. Features include a modern kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room with gas log fire, air-conditioning, TV, DVD player & stereo system, an ensuite bathroom with cast iron claw foot bath, and an opulent bedroom with a queen-size bed offering sumptuous linen. Outside there is a sun-drenched courtyard and relaxing private garden with a water feature. A gourmet breakfast is supplied to guests. Martin Place is a welcoming home which caters for couples or families and groups of up to 9 people, set in a quiet location opposite a park. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge with TV, DVD player & stereo system, a games room for children, sunroom with sofa bed and bathroom with spa bath. The house is centrally heated and air-conditioned. Outside there is a private courtyard, fully enclosed yard and undercover parking. |
