Covering 15 hectares and with over 100,000 plants and trees, visitors can immerse themselves in Australian flora, landscapes, art and architecture. The gardens highlight the the beauty and diversity of arid landscapes of central Australia. There are several exhibition gardens which showcase the ways people can use native plants in their own gardens. Tours of the garden are available on an open air bus and visitors can enjoy coffee or a meal at the Boonerwurrung Cafe.
