The four bedroom home has been lovingly renovated to please. The main bedroom has an ensuite, there is a spacious bathroom with spa, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and open living area. The home is very comfortable in both summer and winter with reverse cycle cooling and in-floor heating. The furniture has been selected for comfort after a great day out.

The garden is an absolute delight with thick green lawns surrounding the house, a great area for BBQs and the kids to play on. Surrounded by 2500 olive trees, it creates a wonderful setting for your family holiday.

There is ample parking for cars, boats and horse floats.

Pets are allowed on the property including the inside of the house, however they are not allowed on couches or beds provided for guests. Possum Grove provides a large kennel just outside the back door which suits even larger dogs (please bring your own doggy bedding). While inside, there is a "pets couch" provided so they can spend time with you inside. The lush lawned area surrounding the house is securely fenced and is suitable for small to medium dogs. An enclosure for large dogs to be enclosed is also provided.
