South Kolora is a 1300 acre farm with abundant bird life and areas of bush with native fauna and a large water sanctuary.

Located on the property are two holiday cottages - Bonshaw and Oban - both rated 3½ star by AAA Tourism. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, laundry with washing machine, lounge, TV, DVD/video player, radio/cassette/CD player, clock radio, doonas and blankets.

Bonshaw Cottage has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It has two double rooms, two twin rooms and a 5th bedroom with a double bunk. A cot is available. Other features include a dishwasher, air-conditioning, outdoor heated spa, games room and barbecue. Wheelchair access and hand rails are provided.

Oban Cottage has two bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two double bunks. A cot is available. Other features include gas heating, air-conditioning and a barbecue.

Guests can either bring their own linen or it can be hired at $6 per person. An optional breakfast basket is available at $8 per person.

On the property there are seasonal farming activities associated with stud and commercial Hereford cattle. Enjoy a game of tennis on our court or participate in farm-based activities such as yabbying, collecting eggs and feeding the chooks.

Horses can be accommodated and ridden on the property. Pets by prior arrangement. No shooting.

Local attractions include Andersons Inlet, surf beaches, Phillip Island, Coal Creek Historical Park, Wonthaggi State Coal Mine, Inverloch Shell Museum, local wineries, Wilsons Promontory, Cape Liptrap, Walkerville, picturesque coastline, bush and beach walks.

Nearby sporting facilities include golf, tennis, squash, bowls, boating, sailboarding, water skiing, kite surfing, surfing, fishing, heated pool, BMX track.
