The motel is centrally located in Lakes Entrance, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping centre, the footbridge and directly opposite the lake.

Several room styles are offered. The standard double rooms have a queen size bed and ensuite. Deluxe twin rooms sleep up to 3 guests (queen bed and single) and include couch, chairs and microwave. Family units have a queen bed with a couch and kitchenette in the main room and a separate room with a single bed. Deluxe family rooms are large modern units which can sleep up to 4 guests with a queen bed and single in the main area, a single bed in a separate bedroom, and a kitchen area with microwave and large fridge. All rooms include reverse-cycle air-conditioning and most feature an LCD TV.

An undercover BBQ and solar heated swimming pool is available for guests to use. Plenty room available for boat and trailer parking.

A continental breakfast is provided for the majority of the year.
