The cottages are surrounded by three acres of landscaped gardens which contain both a mixture of indigenous and European plants. The gardens are home to a wide variety of birdlife and overlook the picturesque Johanna Valley, the surrounding native forests and the stunning Southern Ocean.

The boomerang-shaped cottages each offer a huge open living plan area incorporating a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, making it suitable for up to 4 adults, or 5 if the quality innerspring trundle bed is used. There are luxurious fittings, quality leather furnishings, TV, DVD player, a log fire, two person spa, air-conditioning and laundry facilities. Huge windows allow panoramic views day and night.

Outside, there is an extensive wrap around verandah with a BBQ.
