| Sited in one of Maldon's more prominent 140 year old heritage listed buildings, this accommodation complex would have to be one of the most unique stays in our historic town. Wonderful views, quiet and peaceful but just a short walk to the town "centre". Built in 1864, this lovely old brick and corrugated iron building started life as "Brook's' General Store" and operated continually until 1986. It has now been converted to comfortable self-contained apartments but still retains much of its original characteristics and atmosphere with great views overlooking the township and towards the Mount. All apartments have TV, CD, DVD players, split-system air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. |
