There are 5 well-appointed one and two bedroom cottages, fully self-contained and nestled in a bush setting of majestic gums and native trees. The cottages are beautifully presented and each includes a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, digital TV and DVD player and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. 4 of the cottages include a spa bath, while outside there is a deck and private BBQ area.

The luxury spa chalets offer accommodation for couples only, set into the hillside and designed to make the most of their magnificent views. Each chalet features a queen size bed, large bathroom with double corner spa, lounge with wood fire, well-equipped kitchen, digital TV and DVD player, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and private balcony with gas BBQ. While the chalet is ideally suited for 2 people, the double sofa bed in the lounge room gives the option of sleeping a second couple.

Groups or large families are well catered for at Black Sparrow, with up to 5 cottages and 4 chalets available for a group booking. A boutique restaurant and function centre located on the property is available for exclusive use by groups occupying 3 or more cottages.

There's lots of activities for children and families on the property. Outside, there is a tennis court, outdoor pool, spring-free trampoline, garden chess set, camp fire and a yabbie dam where guests can try their luck. Indoor activities include a billiard table, board/card games, puzzle books and complimentary DVD library.

Relax and re-energise within the tranquillity of Black Sparrow or head to Lake Eildon, which is just across the road, for fishing, boating and water skiing.
