A fully equipped timber kitchen plus dishwasher adjoins meals area opening out through French doors onto a very private deck which includes a stainless steel BBQ and courtyard. The laundry is fully fitted including a washing machine plus dryer. Extra features include ducted heating, split system air-conditioning, and auto lockup garage.

Amble Cottage Mornington is close to public transport, with a bus stop two doors down. Buses run every 15 minutes and are part of the Met system. Come relax and amble your time away, take in all that the Mornington Peninsula and the surrounding area have to offer.
