The home is fully furnished and and can sleep up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms - a main with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a king single and double bed with single bunk over it. The open plan lounge/dining area has seating for 6 people and includes a combustion heater, LCD TV with Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, radio, iPod docking station and a wide range of books, magazines, board and card games. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop, crockery and cutlery. Linen available on request.

Outside there are two entertaining areas and ample parking for cars and boats. The yard is fully fenced.

Arnold's Place is located on the road to Simsons Landing where the township of Nelson meets the Lower Glenelg National Park. The Glenelg River is just 300 metres away with easy access to the boat launching ramp at Simsons Landing and adjacent picnic area and swimming beach. The property is a two minute drive to all the town's facilities.
