The Isle of Bags public landing and boat launching facilities are only 50 metres from the cottages and beautiful unspoiled beaches are only 5 minutes drive away.

Annies Cottage is a quaint, 80 year old cottage which has been very appealingly modernised, and has excellent views of the Glenelg River from the open plan living area and main bedroom. It has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms (queen and double), gas heating, full kitchen facilities (electric oven and gas cook top), DVD, TV, CD, sound system, BBQ and laundry facilities. A swing seat is located under the front verandah overlooking the river.

There is plenty of room to park cars and boats. The large shed has a slow combustion fire and armchairs and is suitable to store bikes, fishing gear etc. Composting and recycling facilities available. Eco cleaning products used. No pets, no smoking.
