The 7th Wave Beach House is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Ocean Grove, only 100 metres walking distance to the Life Saving Club at the main beach, so there is no need to take the car to the beach. The house is also just metres from the Barwon River and only a 10 minute walk to the main street where there are cafes, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The Ocean Grove Golf Club and Bowling Club are also just a 5 minute stroll away.

The 7th Wave Beach House is a large modern two storey house, ideal for couples or families wanting a great get away. There are four large bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, video player, two separate living areas, two modern bathrooms and laundry facilities. The house is air-conditioned and heated.

Outside there are two large entertainment decks and a fully-enclosed large back yard with children's play equipment.
