There are 3 fully self-contained units, all with comfortable living areas that feature wood heaters and kitchens equipped with microwaves, toasters and cooking utensils. Laundry facilities available. This is country style budget accommodation, clean and comfortable, with linen, soap, towels, tea, coffee and milk provided. There is a large yard surrounding the units with plenty of room for parking.

Unit 1 is a very spacious unit, with a queen size bed and a fold out couch. It has a washing machine, a combustion wood heater, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, TV, DVD and radio. It features a separate full size kitchen and bathroom. Large undercover parking in a private setting.

Unit 2 is a very spacious unit, with 2 separate bedrooms on either side of lounge room. Full size kitchen and a downstairs laundry with washing machine. 2 queen and 1 single bed with 2 fold out couches. Combustion wood heater, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, TV, DVD and radio. Verandah in a very private setting.

Unit 3 is a huge area. It used to be a function area of a motel, and features a commercial size kitchen, bar, and a dance floor. It has been divided into bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people or more - 3 couples and 4 singles, with extra bedding available if needed. Bedroom 1 has a queen and single bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has a double and single bed. There is also a cot and highchair. Features include a huge open plan living area, water cooler and a balcony overlooking the Snowy River Flats.
