Beachside Loft at Eagle Bay

Beachside Loft at Eagle Bay Advertisement statistics
'Beachside Loft' accommodation has been recommended in the 2009 'East Coast Australia' Lonely Planet Guide.

View the magnificent sunrise and moonrise from your own private balcony.

This stylish loft is fully self contained accommodation (B&B style). Ideal for a couple looking for a truly special escape.

Tariff includes quality linen, towels, robes and a generous "welcome basket" of breakfast provisions.

Accommodation comprises a queen bed with brilliant views of the morning sunrise over Lake King (Eagle Bay).

For your comfort, reverse cycle air-conditioner, outdoor electric BBQ, flat screen TV/DVD, a library of books, CDs and DVDs. Kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, electric sandwich press. Iron and ironing board. Outdoor decking includes patio table and chairs.

External stair links the upstairs living area to the downstairs bathroom which has wall heating, hair dryer, quality towels, organic shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

This is a non smoking property.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.

Public boat ramp and our private jetty 100 metres from the front door. All guests who love to fish or explore the lakes will be able to get local knowledge about the area from your resident hosts, as one is a local commercial Lakes fisherman!

This is a special part of the Gippsland Lakes, as Eagle Point is on the edge of an old growth forest with red gums hundreds of years old (some featuring "Aboriginal Canoe" trees). With local wetlands, abundance of birdlife, safe bike tracks, natural fauna park, local waterfront cafes in Paynesville, Wine and Food Trails, Buchan Caves, the Ninety Mile Ocean beach, and the ski fields of Mt Hotham are only 2 hours away. Nearby Raymond Island accessible by ferry, hosts a very popular koala colony.
