There are two adjoining upstairs bedrooms which both overlook the beautiful garden, while an extra bedroom on the ground floor can also be made available, allowing up to 6 guests to stay. All bedding and linen is provided.

Guest facilities include a fully equipped kitchenette, two living areas with TV, DVD player and stereo system, a relaxing spa bath and a cosy open fire. A substantial continental breakfast is provided, with a cooked breakfast available if desired.

Roseneath Villa is dog-friendly, with a fenced off garden area accessible from your private entrance. Dogs must be extremely well house trained, and conditions apply. Additional $15 per night per dog.
