There are two bedrooms, each has a double bed. Small families are welcome to use the fold out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all that is needed for easy self-catering. The lounge has a gas log fire to ensure that a winter stay is cosy. There is a large shower and bathroom and laundry with washing machine.

The large garden, sunny front verandah and back deck with BBQ provide for relaxed outdoor living.

A back gate leads from the native garden to Southcombe Park and the south beach.
