  • Art Red Hill

    April / May. The Mornington Peninsula's premier art show features over a thousand exhibits by artists and craftspeople including paintings, sculpture, glass work, jewellery and ceramics

  • Peninsula Summer Music Festival

    January. A superb group of local and international artists perform at venues within the wine growing areas of the Mornington Peninsula. Modelled on a European-style summer festival, the diverse music offerings during this 10 day event include jazz, opera, contemporary and world music.

  • Red Hill Show

    March / April. This agricultural show features entertainment, rides, demonstration of shearing, spinning and working dogs, as well as exhibitions of horses, sheep, cattle, alpacas and locally grown produce

  • Scarecrow Festival & Trail

    September / October. The Scarecrow Festival Day is held at the Red Hill Recreation Reserve together with the Red Hill Community Market. It offers a day of live music, art activities and lovingly hand-crafted scarecrows which range from the wacky to the extraordinary. During the two week festival, visitors can also drive the festival trail around the Mornington Peninsula hinterland and spot the scarecrows in shop windows, vineyards, gardens and in the hills.
