The house has a lovely fully renovated bathroom containing shower and bath. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and second shower.

Relax in the modern lounge room, with TV, DVD and video, magazines, a selection of kids and family DVDs, games and toys.

Each bedroom has brand new beds, mattresses, doonas and pillows. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, bedroom 2 has two singles and bedroom 3 has two bunks with safety rails (4 singles).

Hot or cold, there is plenty of heating or cooling available, including a brand new split system air-conditioner.

The house is ideally located close to the Tyrone foreshore, a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach. As well as all the amenities of Rye, it is also close to Blairgowrie and Sorrento.

There are plenty of safe beaches for the kids, wonderful surf beaches, golf courses, cafes and restaurants within minutes drive.

Situated near the Blairgowrie border, it is only a short trip to the Blairgowrie Village shops with all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent and coffee shops. Sorrento is only a further few kilometres past Blairgowrie where you can enjoy more coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.
