This spacious 3 bedroom house sleeps 10 and is the perfect place for your beach getaway. It will comfortably fit a large or 2 families. As our 'home away from home' the house is clean, bright and caters for everyone.

Set on a 750 square metre corner block, the house is fully fenced, making ideal for the children and dogs (dogs outside only please!).

The house has recently been refurbished throughout, has a new kitchen and new appliances, new carpets and bedding.

Features include 32" plasma TV, DVD, HD set top box, stereo with iPod player, front loading washing machine, 2 fridges, microwave, health grill, 8 seat table/chairs, BBQ, outdoor setting.

House layout:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed
Bedroom 2 - double bed with a single bunk over the top plus a single with trundle
Bedroom 3 - double with single bunk over
(All bedding is new and very comfortable)
Spacious lounge with corner suite, TV and gas fire
Open plan kitchen to lounge with all new appliances
8 metre long sun room featuring an 8 seater table and bean bags
Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet

Doonas/ doona covers and pillows are supplied, you will just need to bring pillow cases and sheets.

The house is fully fenced so it is good for children and dogs (we have a 7 year old and 2 dogs).

Location:
It is 950m stroll to Safeway, Point Nepean Road and shops making it only one kilometre to the main Rye foreshore. The beach and shops are at the end of the street and it is an easy, flat road to walk to the beach and can be done with a 7 year old in 10 minutes!

Guest reviews:
"Fabulous place to stay. Kids loved it - lots of room outside to run around and chase the dog, and toys for inside play as well. Lovely, relaxing feel to the house. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Beautiful, refreshing afternoon breezes through side windows cooled house in no time. We really enjoyed our time there and will certainly love to return." - Sandra (January 2009)
