There are single sex and mixed dorms, with 60 beds in total. Each dorm has its own bar fridge and free tea and coffee is available. There is a huge lounge and kitchen area, 24 hour hot showers, washing machine, dryer and internet access. Ample car parking is available.

The property is located 5 minutes from Shepparton and one kilometre to the local shops (supermarket, post office, pub and service station). Opposite is a take away shop and the W.B. Ferrari Park with lake and picnic areas.
