Smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time. Pets only by acceptance in writing and must at all times remain outside the property. No schoolies.

7 minute walk to surf beach and front beach. Close to shops, golf courses, surf shops, 3 minute walk to Torquay Hotel and Bell Street. Park your car and walk to all facilities.

Bell Street shops are a 5 minute walk where you will find restaurants, takeaway and the Torquay Hotel. Gilbert Street is where you will find a shopping centre which is around a 15 minute walk, there there are banks, a post office, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and fashions shops.

Torquay is the start of the Great Ocean Road scenic drive to the Twelve Apostles. Activities include surfing, swimming, golf, nature walks, kite surfing wind surfing and shopping at the surf shop outlets. Torquay is host to the international surfing championships at Bells Beach every Easter.
