The fully self contained double storey beach house offers water views from the upstairs balcony. There is a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite upstairs, while downstairs are two double bedrooms. Living zones are located on both levels of the home and there are TV, DVD and CD units. There is a well-appointed kitchen, laundry facilities and two reverse-cycle air-conditioners.

Outside, there are private gardens front and rear with an outdoor setting, BBQ and water feature. The yard is fully enclosed and the property is dog friendly.
