Situated just steps from The Esplanade, there are great playgrounds, parklands, restaurants, cafes and the beach right at your door. No need for a car. Ideal location! There are 3 fully self-contained two bedroom beach houses available, each architecturally designed with spacious rooms and a beach essence. Features include an open fireplace, LCD TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher (coming in April 2010), BBQ, entertainment area, fully equipped laundry and split-system air-conditioning and heating. Beach House No.1 offers ocean views, two large enclosed outdoor entertaining areas (great for kids and small pets), upstairs is the main bedroom and downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and bunks. Beach House No.2 has an upstairs and downstairs bedroom with double beds. Beach House No.3 has a main bedroom upstairs, double bed, bunks and an enclosed secure outdoor area. |
