Regional passenger train services

V/Line operates regional train services within Victoria and to Albury in New South Wales. There are also interstate rail services which link Melbourne to Adelaide and Sydney.

In Melbourne's city centre, all regional and interstate services stop only at Southern Cross Station, except for V/Line trains on the Gippsland line which also stop at Flinders Street Station.
