Mirador Springs Retreat

Mirador Springs Retreat Advertisement statistics
Winter is the most underrated season of the year. Instead of rejecting it, embrace it!

This time of the year is perfect to indulge yourself a little. The body asks for more sleep, more food, more rest, more kindness. So this is the right season to do just that. Coming into the hills for fresh country air, while sitting back beside a wood fueled fire is the perfect solution. Bring some good food, a fine red and that book you have wanted to read for months and you won't need to move.

Whenever you feel the need to stretch your legs, then simply walk out into the acres of botanical styled gardens here at Mirador. The views, bird life and awe-inspiring expanse of sky will leave you wanting more but also ready to take on daily life again with a smile.

You can simply watch from the comfort of your couch the shards of sunlight beaming down to the emerald green fields of the valley below. The dramatic ever changing skies remind you of some masterpiece you once saw in a gallery somewhere. Grounding you back into yourself, connecting you to nature and reminding you what's real again. This can be the power of winter at Mirador Springs.

Apart from the magnificent views, amazing gardens, abundant bird life, farm animals and natural spring, this retreat is also centered in the Gippsland Gourmet Country. So if you do want a country drive, there are plenty of wineries and food places to visit as well as walks, shopping and galleries and other entertainments.

The cottage itself will have everything you need for a rejuvenating or romantic break - and more. Wood fire, sound system, LCD TV & DVD with music and DVD library, book exchange library, queen size bed with electric blanket, espresso machine and much much more. A delicious breakfast is provided including home laid eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, bread, juice with a variety for teas and organic coffee.

Mirador Springs Retreat is simply food for the soul.
