The cottage is set on just over an acre of grounds with a park-like garden and walkways. You could be lucky to see the resident lyrebirds or koalas. Access to the property is via a private bridge over the Tarra River.

The open-plan cottage can sleep up to 6 people and features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed downstairs and the other bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wood heater to set the mood, and laundry facilities.

Outside, there is a front and rear deck with BBQ facilities.

The property is fully fenced with a safe pet enclosure, making this a pet friendly home.

Take your fishing rods as there is trout to be caught in the Tarra River, and you are only a 30 minute drive to fishing at Port Albert, and about 20 minutes to Yarram. In very close proximity to the Tarra Bulga National Park.
