Pelican Paradise is an amazing two storey holiday home which is ideal for a large group.

The main living area is located upstairs and it is of an open plan design with high ceilings and exposed beams. There is a luxurious lounge suite with recliners, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining table, wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, two drawer dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from this main living area opens onto a covered balcony with seating for 10 people and a 6-burner gas BBQ. There are steps down from this area directly to the garden below.

Downstairs is a second family room with a lounge suite.

Pelican Paradise has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 people. All the queen beds have electric blankets.

This home is situated on a large block and has a delightful and fully enclosed rear garden with plenty of grass. There is a fire pit which is surrounded by paving and bench seating. The garage in the backyard has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table, foosball table and dart board.

Take a 10 minute stroll from Pelican Paradise to the beach at the Anderson Road boat ramp. The major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes are just a 3 minute drive away.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
