Sophia Terrace is located just around the corner from the popular Smith Street shopping precinct. Forming the boundary between Collingwood and Fitzroy, Smith Street has over one kilometre of shops, restaurants, bars and retail outlets. Nearby is the Gertrude Street arts precinct in Fitzroy.
A short walk from the property is a tram stop which provides a service straight to Melbourne's city centre and Southern Cross Station. The nearest railway station is North Richmond, which is just over one kilometre from the property.
Nightly rates from
$250 to $400
Rates based on 6 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night. $35 booking fee and $80 cleaning fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 3 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
