The styling and ornaments within this home reflect that of a bygone era. The elegant but relaxing formal lounge room has an ornamental fireplace, a library of books and a TV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher and Caffitaly coffee machine. There is evaporative cooling and ducted heating for year round comfort.
The home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

A fold out bed is available on request for $75. A porta cot and high chair can be supplied if required.
All linen (except for the porta cot) and towels are supplied. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products are provided.
Outside is a paved entertaining area with a BBQ, table, seating and sun lounges. It overlooks a private backyard with a large lawn.
Unrestricted vehicle parking is available on the street.
Windermere is located just around the corner from the vibrant Queens Parade village shopping and cafe precinct. A short walk in the other direction are the historic Edinburgh Gardens with extensive lawns, shady pathways and sporting facilities. Walk 200 metres to the nearest tram stop which will take you to Melbourne's CBD via the popular Smith Street and Gertrude Street shopping strips.

Rates based on 4 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night. $35 booking fee and $100 cleaning fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 3 to 7 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
