Your hosts live on-site and have dedicated half of their huge homestead exclusively for your family or group of friends to stay in (no other guests), making it just like your own holiday home with its own private entrance. Yet at the same time you enjoy the charm of a traditional bed and breakfast experience, with your hosts available to help you with anything you require during your stay.
Your section of the homestead includes a spacious guest lounge room with an open fireplace and a recreation room that has a TV with an extensive selection of DVDs, billiard table and table tennis table. The kitchenette includes a oven, hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, plates and cutlery. Maps and brochures of local attractions are provided.

Heritage Bed & Breakfast is set on a secluded 8½ hectare property that offers panoramic views over the waters of Western Port towards French Island. Take a walk around the farm and meet the local residents including sheep, miniature cows and horses. You may also spot native wildlife including kangaroos and birds.
Heritage Bed & Breakfast is easy to get to, located on the Bass Coast, less than 2 kilometres from the small coastal town of Grantville where you find an assortment of shops including cafes and take-away food outlets. Grantville is home to the popular Maru Koala & Animal Park and it also has a quiet beach with a boat ramp and pier.
Take a 15 minute drive along the highway to San Remo, which is the gateway to Phillip Island. Explore the many attractions of the island including the worlds famous Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, A Maze'N Things, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Koala Conservation Reserve, Churchill Island and the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory.
