Pirbright is a modern family home with amazing rural views, perfect for a stay at any time of the year.

This quality built home exudes character and elegance, with comfortable air-conditioned living areas, underfloor heating and spacious outdoor areas. Fully furnished and equipped for both adults and children, it is perfectly suited to a relaxing getaway for couples or a break with family and friends.

There is a separate lounge area with comfortable couches and a TV. The kitchen and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and cooktop, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. A large sliding glass door fill this space with natural light and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

This home has 3 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Pirbright is a 40 hectare property with uninterrupted country views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can gather around and gaze at the amazing array of stars in the night sky. Explore this private property which has plenty of wildlife to be spotted.

Surrounding the home is a working sheep farm with around 300 breeding ewes. Your hosts are happy to show you around and explain the workings of the farm. The ewes give birth in March and April and sometimes there are poddy lambs that can be fed and petted.

Access to the property is along well maintained gravel roads and a concrete causeway over the Broken River.

Pirbright is located within 30 minutes drive from the entry gates to Mount Buller where guests can enjoy snow activities during winter and bushwalking, cycling and 4WD adventures during the summer. Take a drive to Lake Eildon, with the nearest boat ramp just 20 minutes away from the property. Go fishing, mountain bike riding, horse riding and many other outdoor activities.

The nearest large town is Mansfield, which is less than 10 minutes drive away. Stock up on supplies, dine at the many cafes and restaurants, or visit attractions such as the Mansfield Zoo, Mansfield Armchair Cinema, markets, festivals or get the adrenaline pumping at Mansfield Paintball.

When staying at Pirbright, you will feel like you are a world away from the hustle and bustle of city living, despite being only a 2½ hour drive from Melbourne.
