Blue Charm Flinders Lane on Point is a stylish and newly renovated apartment located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

The open plan living area features double glazed windows, a comfortable 4 seater couch, huge King Living sofa, panel wall header and a wall mounted 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Fetch, bluetooth speakers and a DVD player. There is a glass dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances including a cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
The apartment has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.

A porta cot and high chair can be supplied for $6 per item, but please bring your own linen for the porta cot.

Blue Charm Flinders Lane on Point is located on level 2 of the Flinders House apartment building, with elevator access.
There are excellent public transport options available. Walk just 180 metres or 3 minutes to the intersection of Flinders Street and Swanston Street where there are tram stops providing access to many of Melbourne's tram routes. Journeys within the CBD on trams are free of charge. Alternatively, nearby Flinders Street Station connects you to all of Melbourne's suburban train lines.
Blue Charm Flinders Lane on Point is located right in the heart of Melbourne city, in the highly sought after Flinders Lane area, between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street. Just around the corner is famous Degraves Street with its charming restaurants and bars. Stroll one block up Flinders Lane for top trendy restaurants including Chin Chin and Coda.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 10pm. If you are arriving between 10pm and midnight, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional $100 after hours fee.
Construction in Melbourne CBD - Metro Tunnel works:
Works are now underway to deliver two new underground stations in Melbourne's CBD at each end of Swanston Street. As a part of this project, there are various changes to pedestrian access, roads and existing transport options. Eastbound lanes on Flinders Street are currently closed between Elizabeth and Swanston streets until 2022 as part of these works. View more information about these works.

Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. Nightly rates from

Rates based on 2 guests, twin share.
$45 booking fee, $95 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 2 to 4 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
