Majorca Synchronicity is a holiday apartment located on the third floor of the historic Majorca building. It oozes in worldly eclectic style with stunning artwork and complementary lighting that reflect the nomadic lifestyle and travels of its owners.
The relaxing lounge room has comfortable leather couches, Smart TV with Netflix, Blu-ray player, stereo system and free NBN Wi-Fi. There is a 6 seater dining table with an impressive ceiling feature above. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, essential appliances, dishwasher and fridge.
There is hydronic heating throughout the apartment and air-conditioning in the lounge room and master bedroom.
This apartment can sleep up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms.

There is a Juliet balcony off the lounge room and also one off the main bedroom that overlooks the shopping and dining laneway below.
The modern bathroom is accessible from the hallway and also through a private robe in the first bedroom, with doors on both entrances. It consists of a vanity unit, bath and separate shower. There is also a powder room with a toilet.
The hidden European laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and a sink.
Linen and towels are supplied. A porta cot and high chair are available on request. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products are provided.
Majorca Synchronicity overlooks the intersection of Flinders Lane and Degraves Street - a precinct popular with food lovers, coffee drinkers and shoppers. With everything located within a short stroll, no car is needed.
Public transport is easily accessible - walk 170 metres to the nearest tram stop or 200 metres to Flinders Street Station.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 10pm. If you are arriving between 10pm and midnight, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional $100 after hours fee.
Construction in Melbourne CBD - Metro Tunnel works:
Works are now underway to deliver two new underground stations in Melbourne's CBD at each end of Swanston Street. As a part of this project, there are various changes to pedestrian access, roads and existing transport options. Eastbound lanes on Flinders Street are currently closed between Elizabeth and Swanston streets until 2022 as part of these works. View more information about these works.
Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.
Nightly rates from

Rates based on 4 guests, twin share.
$45 booking fee, $150 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
