Warehouse Loft Living Degraves is dual level loft apartment located in the refurbished Mutual Store Building, on the corner of Flinders Street and Degraves Street.
This apartment is on the third floor with security pass lift access. All windows are double glazed, ensuring minimal outside noise from the street below.
An elegant spiral staircase connects this apartment's lower level (61 square metres) with the upper level loft (40 square metres).
The lower level features an open plan living area with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. There is a comfortable lounge suite, TV with Foxtel channels, air-conditioning and dining setting. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.
The upper level consists of a large timber floor bedroom with a built-in robe and study nook. At the top of the stairs is a relaxing chaise lounge.
This one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 5 people.

A porta cot and high chair can be supplied if required.
All linen (except for the porta cot) and towels are supplied. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products are provided.
The spacious tiled bathroom has a large vanity unit, toilet, shower, washing machine and ironing facilities. A clothes dryer is available (for a fee) in the communal laundry.
Guests are welcome to use the communal gymnasium which is located in the basement of the building.
No vehicle parking is provided, however there are nearby public car parks.
Step out onto Degraves Street and experience the buzzing atmosphere of one of Melbourne's iconic laneways that offers a true cafe experience. Walk just a few minutes to the Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, Federation Square and Southbank.
Public transport options from Warehouse Loft Living Degraves are excellent. Flinders Street railway station is just across the road, providing direct access to every suburban train line. Major tram stops are just a few metres away, making it quick and easy to get around Melbourne's city centre, inner suburbs and directly to the MCG and the Melbourne Park sports precinct.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 10pm. If you are arriving between 10pm and midnight, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional $100 after hours fee.

Minimum stay from 2 to 4 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
