Finch is a spacious family holiday home, located along a no through road in a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove.

This charming home offers comfortable and stylish accommodation where you can enjoy a memorable and relaxing coastal getaway.

Step through the front door into a spacious and light-filled lounge room, complete with cosy sofas, a Smart TV and a childrens corner which includes toys, books and dolls. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks an air-conditioned dining area with a table that seats 6 people.

Sliding doors from both the lounge and dining areas open onto a sunny paved patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The large and securely fenced yard is perfect for kids to play safely. There is an outdoor shower and double carport.

Finch is located within a 14 minute stroll of the many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops along the main shopping strip of The Terrace. Walk a further 6 minutes to the sandy beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
