Entry to this townhouse is via the upper level. Step through the doorway into a light-filled and air-conditioned open plan living area. There is a comfortable sofa in front of a TV, and a dining table that seats 4 people. Overlooking this area is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

Downstairs is a second living area, complete with a sofa, wall mounted TV and air-conditioner.

This townhouse has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

A private outdoor patio with comfortable seating is located along the side of the property, accessed via the lower level living room.

Townhouse Thacker is located within a 3 minute drive of the Barwon River and 4 minutes from the main ocean beach. For shopping and dining, drive either 4 minutes to Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre or the shops in the town centre along The Terrace.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
