The Dreaming

The Dreaming is a truly magical retreat with its own swimming pool, nestled within subtropical gardens in the heart of St Andrews Beach.

Step inside this beautifully appointed two storey home and discover a world bursting with vibrant colours and eclectic, artistic touches.

On the the upper level is the main open plan living area which is bathed in natural light. There is a large sofa and chairs in front of a Smart TV and relaxing wood heater. The adjoining dining area has a solid wooden table which can seat 10 people. The chef's kitchen has polished concrete benchtops, a gas cooktop, oven, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors in the living area open onto a large covered entertaining deck complete with an outdoor dining setting and gas pizza oven. Enjoy sweeping over the pool and through the tree tops of ti-trees and moonahs.

On the lower level is a second living room with a TV and lounge suite - perfect as a retreat for children. Also on this level is a games room with a table tennis table.

A central atrium with a water feature distributes light through both levels.

This home has 4 upstairs bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

There is a 4 car garage and ample space on the long driveway to park additional vehicles or a boat. All this is secured behind a remote controlled front gate.

In the front garden is a stunning solar heated swimming pool where you can relax while surrounded by lush and private gardens. In the rear garden is sunny deck with an outdoor lounge and hammock, as well as a gas BBQ and chimenea.

The Dreaming is an elevated and sun-drenched home, set on a 850m² allotment within thoughtfully designed native gardens and whimsical features such as the pig seat around the fire pit. It is the perfect coastal escape which blends playful design with serene natural beauty.

Take a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the nearest surf beach, while Gunnamatta Beach is just moments away. A 7 minute drive will take you to the safe sandy swimming beach at Rye and its many shops and eateries.
