Warawee

Warawee is a two storey holiday home that is perfectly set up for a family beach holiday.

Accessible via an external staircase, the upstairs open plan living area has large windows and cathedral ceilings which creates a bright and airy space. There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner, lounge suite, TV, Bluetooth speaker and a dining table that seats 8. The fully appointed kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A sliding glass door leads out onto a large deck that overlooks the front yard. The deck has seating for 10 people and a gas BBQ.

Downstairs is the second living area which also functions as a fantastic games room. It has a couch in front of a Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a convertible pool and table tennis table, foosball table, play equipment for kids and beach gear.

Warawee has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The rear enclosed yard has a large area of grass, an outdoor shower, trampoline, fire pit (supply your own wood) and plenty of bench seating. There is space to park up to 4 or more vehicles, including a boat, on the property.

Warawee is a 7 minute walk from Smith Beach's general store and cafe, an 8 minute walk from YCW Beach and 10 minutes from the main beach. For those attending the Grand Prix Circuit, it is located less than 2 kilometres from this property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
