Situated on the 6th floor of the impressive Sunday Apartments building, this apartment evokes Swedish minimalism, with a refined and understated appeal and versatile neutral colour palette.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, coffee machine, drawer dishwasher and plenty of storage.

The walk through kitchen leads to an open plan living area which has a casual dining table and modular lounge suite with ottoman in front of a TV. A glass sliding door opens onto a quaint undercover balcony which has a table for two.

This one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 2 people.

Extensive parkland is within just a few minutes stroll of the apartment including the Shrine of Remembrance, Kings Domain and Royal Botanic Gardens.

Public transport will provide quick and easy access to Melbourne's city centre, its many attractions and suburbs. Major tram lines can be found at either end of Coventry Street which also connect to Flinders Street Station.

Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

    $115 to $220

    Rates based on 2 guests, twin share.

    $50 booking fee, $120 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies.

    Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.

    A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
