The Anderson is a one bedroom apartment situated just around the corner from Albert Park Lake.
The open plan living area includes a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a Sony HD TV and split-system air-conditioning. This area opens onto an impressive deck which has views, relaxing chairs and a gas BBQ.
There is a well-equipped kitchen that has a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, island bench with 4 bar stools, and everything from a corkscrew to a pasta colander.
The main bedroom has a plush queen bed, small TV, DVD player, and an ensuite with a shower and separate toilet.
All linen and towels are supplied. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products are provided.
The Anderson is located on the first floor, with access via stairs.
An on-street parking permit for one vehicle can be supplied on request.
