Entry to the apartment is via the walk through kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and ample storage.
The kitchen leads to an air-conditioned open plan living area which includes a round table and a relaxing lounge area with a TV, couch and plush armchair. A large sliding glass door opens onto a spacious outdoor balcony with a dining table.
This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and floor to ceiling mirrored built-in robes with shelving.

Step out onto Claremont Street and you will find an Asian supermarket located across the road, while just a few paces up the street is Two Birds One Stone Cafe which is a local favourite.
Modern Chic Claremont is conveniently located around the corner from shops and eateries on Toorak Road. Just 250 metres walk away is trendy Chapel Street with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and retail outlets. Nearby is Palace Cinema Como, the Jam Factory shopping centre and the famous Prahran Market which offers a huge array of fresh food.
Take a brisk walk to Fawkner Park, the Royal Botanical Gardens or Melbourne's iconic Yarra River which is lined with parkland and walking and cycling tracks.
Access to public transport is excellent. South Yarra railway station and two major tram line stops are located about 200 metres from the apartment, providing easy access to Melbourne's CBD, Southbank and St Kilda.
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 6pm. If you are arriving between 6pm and 9pm, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.
Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.
Nightly rates from

Rates based on 4 guests, twin share.
$50 booking fee, $195 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies. A pet fee of $40 is charged per stay if applicable.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
