Australia Post is the Australian government-owned postal service company which handles the delivery of letters and parcels, provides billing services and offers business solutions.

On-line services:

  • Post office locator - find the location of a post office and services offered.

  • Postcode search - find the postcode to use for addressing letters. All of Victoria's four digit postcodes begin with the number 3.

  • Calculate postage rates - how much it will cost to send a letter or parcel within Australia or overseas. Small letters (no larger than 130mm x 240mm, no thicker than 5mm and no heavier than 250g) can be posted from within Australia to any other destination in Australia for a fixed cost of 60 cents.
