PromClose is a spacious mid-century farm cottage, nestled in a picturesque forest and garden setting that is central to pristine beaches, Wilsons Promontory and South Gippsland towns.

The comfortable lounge room, with windows looking out to the lush surroundings, has a wood fire and electric panel heating. There is a 4 seat dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge and an assortment of cookware and crockery.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. This property is not suitable for children.

There are two bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Access to the property is via Savages Road which is a scenic dirt road that offers coastal views. Situated on the sunny side of a hill, it is protected from the summer easterly winds.

PromClose is located just 10 minutes drive from the beach at Waratah Bay and the entrance to Wilsons Promontory National Park. Explore many nearby attractions including Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, the historic lime kilns at Walkerville, Shallow Inlet at Sandy Point, Agnes Falls, art galleries, Waratah Hills Vineyard and Gurney's Cidery.
