Anglesea Heights offers magnificent luxury accommodation overlooking the Great Ocean Road, within a 5 minute walk of the patrolled beach and surf club.

This stunning property has everything needed for that memorable weekend or holiday getaway. Book the whole property, which consists of 4 bedrooms, or choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom configurations. You have exclusive use of this property - there are no other guests, and unused bedrooms and other rooms are closed off. Perfect for couples, families or small groups of friends.

The upper level master suite consists of an air-conditioned open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a large stone bench and is fully-equipped with quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, juice mixer and cafe press.

Enjoy panoramic ocean and hinterland views from the large balcony which has a 6 seat table and Weber Q gas BBQ. Extensive views can also be enjoyed from the living area with its floor to ceiling windows.

The main bedroom upstairs features a king size bed and its own ensuite, and if any of the three downstairs bedrooms are also required, a family size bathroom is also made available. The two downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and bunks in the other. There is a quiet retreat or childrens room with its own TV which has a double sofa bed and can be used as an extra bedroom.

Other features include a large laundry with AEG appliances and a separate toilet, and an outside hot water shower near the front door. Three cars can be parked in the driveway, and the double garage is available for whole house weekly bookings.

Please note that this property does not have charging power points for electric cars. Cars are not permitted to be charged from normal power points even if you have an adapter. A rapid charging station is located 15 minutes drive away at Torquay.

1 Bedroom suite:

Skyline Penthouse:
Level 4. Maximum of 2 people.
King room, ensuite, extra powder room.
$295 to $340 per night. One night stays are $420.

Horizon queen Suite:
Level 2. Maximum of 2 people.
Queen room, full bathroom suite, two toilets.
$270 to $310 per night.

Single only or share suite:
Level 2. Maximum of 3 people.
3 single beds, main bathroom suite, two toilets.
$195 to $275 per night.

2 Bedroom suite:

Horizon suites:
Level 2. Maximum of 4 people.
Queen room plus kids room with 3 single beds, main bathroom suite, two toilets.
$340 to $440 per night.

Luxury suites:
Level 4 king suite and level 2 queen suite. Maximum of 4 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.
$390 to $480 per night.

3 Bedroom suite:

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 singles room. Maximum of 6 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.
$420 to $540 per night.

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 TV sitting room with double divan. Maximum of 6 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.

Whole property:

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 singles room, level 2 TV sitting room. Maximum of 8 people.
2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, powder room.
$520 to $690 per night.
For more than 6 guests, there is a surcharge of $35 per night for each additional guest up to a maximum of 8 guests. All linen is included for extra guests.

Rates vary depending on the season. Minimum stay is 2 nights except for Skyline Penthouse which offers one night stays.

Linen, towels and housekeeping are included. A linen charge applies during high season only.

Bond is $500, except for whole property bookings which is $1000.

Special seniors rates apply to all bookings wherever possible.
Not applicable if only some guests are seniors. All guests must be seniors.
Seniors rates do not apply if you are taking advantage of any advertised special rates. If you wish to book special seniors rates, other discounts and specials do not apply.
