The modern and spacious upstairs living area is of an open plan design with floor to ceiling windows that capture 180 degree ocean views. This bright and light space has timber flooring, two large couches in front of a Smart TV and a telescope for whale or boat watching. There is an 8 seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a butler's pantry that includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge.
This home can sleep up to 8 people. It has 4 carpeted bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and heating.
There are 2 bathrooms.
All linen and towels are supplied.
The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink and cupboards.
Enjoy the outdoor living spaces this home offers. The upstairs sun deck is accessed via the kitchen and includes a relaxing couch and gas BBQ that overlooks the secluded back garden. External stairs from this deck lead down to the covered deck at the front door which has plenty of seating.
There is a double garage which provides secure parking for up to two cars.
Anglesea is the perfect destination for those looking to escape the pressures of modern life in an authentic beach town. The nearest beach is just over a kilometre from the property and is great to visit all year round. Nearby Coogoorah Park has bush walking tracks, fishing jetties and a fun playground. Other attractions in the area include the Jumpz trampoline park, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery and several boutique wineries.
Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't meet our age requirements but would love to stay.
